Who we are ...

Donna Burton-Wilcock

Having graduated with a joint honours degree in English and History of Art, I completed a PGCE at Oxford University where, sometime later, I started a DPhil in Education. This is still to be completed – maybe in retirement! I have managed English Departments in a variety of schools in the UK and Italy. Between periods in teaching I have worked in publishing (both print and online), managed European education projects for a large American corporation and was CEO of an education software company. In these roles I worked with governments, educational publishers and NGO's on wide ranging projects around the world. I am a fellow of the RSA and a long-standing member of the RSC, although I don't get enough time to enjoy either.

Gary Burton-Wilcock

I graduated from Durham with a degree in General Science, majoring in Physics but with Computing and Electronics. After completing a PGCE at Oxford University I taught Physics for 8 years before working in industry in mechatronics. I have worked in small companies and large corporations both as a design engineer, working on hardware and software, and as project leader working with cross-functional teams in a global context. I have been a member of the British Electrotechnical Committee representing the UK in European harmonisation in both CEN and CENELEC. I am listed as inventor in a number of granted patents. These days I spend my time on developing small applications working mainly in C#, Java, Python and Pascal for desktop applications and PHP/MySQL for web development.

Associates

We also work with a range of partner companies and individuals who provide the skillsets we do not have in house. Of course we will discuss recommended associates with you should we not be able to provide the complete service in house.
